Construction Includes

Construction:

• Excavation & earth-works - limited to soft soil & pickable rock
• Steel reinforced - ref156 center weld mesh & Y10 high tensile steel bar on all stress points
• Hand packed concrete shell @ 150mm – Métier, Lafarge or Pronto 30mpa ready mix (Pool mix)
• 2 x Steps
• 1 x Martini seat - optional

Equipment and White goods:

• 1 x Quality Skimmer weir – White/Black
• 1 x Quality Aimflow - White/Black
• 1 x Poolmaid Blue/White LED underwater light – White/Black
• 1 x 50mm PVC class 6 suction line - max 6m
• 1 x 50mm PVC class 6 return line - max 12m
• 1 x 50mm PVC class 6 back-wash line - max 3m
• 1 x SuperFlo Pump & motor - relevant to pool volume, as per manufacturers specifications
• 1 x SuperFlo Hi-rate sand filter - relevant to pool volume, as per manufacturers specifications
• 1 x Weather Proof  Electrical distribution board - incl. surge protection, main isolator, motor circuit, light circuit, transformer and 24 hour timer
• 1 x Standard cover box

Paving and Coping:

• Corobrick clay bull nose or Cement coping on perimeter of swimming pool
• Expansion joint between coping and paving surround on perimeter of swimming pool - 10mm x 50mm
• Corobrick clay beveled brick or Cement pavers on perimeter of swimming pool - width of .92m

Mosaic:

• 150mm Ceramic pool mosaic on water-line of the swimming pool perimeter - marble plaster pools OR
• 150mm Tissue mosaic on waterline of the swimming pool perimeter
• 50mm Ceramic pool mosaic strip on steps & martini seat

Internal finish:

• Cemcrete White marble plaster @ 10mm
• FRC white fiberglass lining
• Optional colours available, POA

Handover:

• Genie Pool Products Chemical start-up kit & water balancing, together with Pools Inc. Pool-care guide
• Hand-over kit - Telescopic pole, brush, vacuum brush & adaptor cuff and leaf skimmer
• Genie Pool Products Neptune / Poseidon automatic pool cleaner with hoses

Construction Excludes

• Drawing of plans and submission to council / Estate management / Body corporate for approval
• Jack-hammering and/or blasting - un-pickable rock – Cost to client
• Ground works - Cutting in and/or back-filling / raising & construction of retaining walls on sloped ground levels
• Double steel, plastic liner, 19mm concrete stone bedding on floor, bottom drain with hydrostatic valve - applicable to clay and water logged soil formation
• Electrical connection from dwellings main electrical distribution board
• Lighting arresters, earth spikes and overload protection
• Any verbal amendments
• Removal of excavated soil and rubble – Client to arrange skip/s or Pools Inc. to arrange @ R 1500.00 per skip

Inspections for insurance reports / offer to purchase & quotes.

We will come out to the property to issue a quote on your specifications. We also compile insurance reports.
